Annual Valor Awards
The Fauquier Chamber of Commerce Valor Awards is an annual event honoring local first responders. These include personnel from Fauquier County Volunteer and Career Fire Departments, Sheriff’s Office, State Police, Federal Wildlife Officers, and various local police departments, as well as dispatchers. Each year, the event also honors a local Veteran.

Simone De Alba our 2025 Emcee
Simone De Alba has agreed to be our Master of Ceremonies for the 2025 Valor Awards. She is an Emmy award winning Anchor with WUSA9 in Washington DC. and anchors mid-day and early-evening newscasts. Simone comes from a law enforcement family, with her brother serving as an officer in Colorado for over a decade, and says she is honored to be part of the the 2025 Valor Awards.

The 12th annual Valor Awards was hosted at the Laurel Ridge Community College Campus in Warrenton, Chad Ricardo with Fox 5 DC was our emcee for the evening along with great food and company while we honored many that served our local community.
2024 Veteran Honoree
Lieutenant Colonel John O’ Sullivan a 25-year Veteran of the United States Army from 1971-1996.
